We were tasked with creating promo spots for The BET Hip Hop Awards, an annual event on BET that highlights the talents of hip-hop performers, producers, and music video directors. To achieve a consistent visual style and capture the essence of hip-hop culture, we opted for a street-inspired aesthetic. This involved incorporating hand-written fonts, rich textures, and grain into the footage, giving it a tangible and authentic feel.
